I think a shop that deals with .....AUTO's !!!!! ..... look for a forum for whatever make car you have and check there ....JMHO .... good luck .... Mike

My question is valid, btw. Yes, there are many auto shops. But they specialize. Some do body work, some install stereos and security systems, some do performance tunes, and so on. But what specialist would install a center console?

maybe someone who understands custom interiors, upholstery? Did it come with any instructions and what is it going on?

I thought maybe a shop that does stereos and stuff. They tear apart center dashboards counsels to run wires. I also think perhaps a dealership because they tear stuff apart too.
