My approach would be to try a penetrating lubricant and then attempt to remove it with a large breaker bar. Leverage can be your friend. Just my initial idea suppose others may have better recommendations. Stuck bolts can be a challenge sometimes, finding out which part of what you are trying to remove will give first.

Apply heat to the bolt by inserting a soldering iron tip into the socket head of the bolt. It may take a long time but the idea is to soften the loctite deep in the threads.

Yes, along the lines of what David said above. The BRP yellow loctite, which they do NOT use sparingly, can make bolt removal “difficult”. Heat is your friend.

On mine I used a good quality hex socket and a long breaker bar. I first used a 6 inch extension with hex socket and gave the bolts 4 or 5 good wacks with a 3 lb hammer. It worked.

mine were so tight that i broke an snap on allen socket.

an old trick is to try and tighten them, then loosen, that's what worked for me.

just give em a hard yank, then try and loosen.

You need a small torch like lamonster uses in this video in order to soften the loctite. I used the same torch ( a small bernzomatic butane) for my floorboards and mounting my centermount ram ball on my handlebars with no issues.

It makes a very small flame that you can point right in the center of the bolt to heat it and not hit anything else .. it works great and costs less than $20.

A little heat and a couple good direct whacks with a punch in the center of the bolt head. One of my bolts broke off just below the head of it when I was doing this project. Be careful if just using a long breaker bar, the bolts can break....been there
