I wouldn't install one of them, or anything that sticks out in front of the Spyder body like that, especially if it secures to the frame anywhere....
There's been at least one Spyder written off here in Oz cos the rider nudged that sorta bumper into a kerb juuust a tiny bit too hard!! Bent frame, Spyder not repairable cos it'd cost more than it's worth, economical write off - and IIRC, over in your part of this great country of ours Kooler, if a vehicle is ever deemed an economical write off, then it's basically toast cos you've gotta jump thru expensive flaming hoops to ever get it registered again!
