No Sport mode for 2022 Rally

In July, I traded my 2019 rally for a 2022 rally. Overall, I’m happy with the improvements made over the initial year’s model; however, something that was a little disappointing was that the 2022 no longer offers the sport mode. I used to live in the sport mode on the original trike, as I certainly got a kick out of the better throttle response. The only time I really used the eco-mode was on long distance interstate travel, and I am not really sure how much difference eco made when you’re cruising along at a constant speed of say 75.

But, back to the point, I did really miss the sport mode.

I was able to find an alternative, although it is not necessarily cheap. I purchased a Pedal Box and installed same with ease. Now, if I want, I have sports mode to varying degrees, even to the extreme - using this little accessory.

If you have the 2022 rally and you are wanting the sport mode, you have an option.


And, it’s highly recommended.

What is rear tire life using sport mode?
On my standard 900, in formal mode, the rear would break loose going WOT under 35 MPH.
