    Default Profile picture test post.

Testing to see if my profile pic has changed.

    Default Profile image upload failed

I’m trying to change my profile picture. The option tells me the photo has to be 300x300 pixels or 93.3 kb, which ever is smaller. The picture I’m trying to use comes in at 300x281 pixels, 20 kb but when I try to upload and save the changes I get a message saying the upload failed. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. It uploads fine to this message. Any ideas?

Have you backed out of that session & restarted the Forum Greg??

It does look like you've successfully changed your Profile Pic, but that won't do anything to your avatar pic that shows alongside each post - that hasn't been changed (yet?!? )

Ah well that explains it then. I thought that was the profile picture. I'll have to go back and take another look. So that's called an Avatar pic huh? Learn something new every day.

For todays lesson we'll learn that a profile picture and an avatar picture are two different animals. Got it sorted, thanks guys.

OK Greg, looks like you've updated both your Avatar and Profile Picture, but for the life of me, my 64yo brain can't comprehend what I'm looking at? A close up selfie of you with your winter motorcycle balaclava (not to be confused with a tasty baklava), and a modular helmet with the chin bar flipped up and the sunshield down? Getting ready for some frosty adventures?

Exactly. It was a chilly 7° this morning.
