    Default Anyone know how Remove an F3 passenger seat manually?

    Does anyone know how to manually remove the rear storage seat 2016 spyder F3? Key won't go in ignition and I want to manually remove seat to break it all down.

    Should be a small gap at the back of the seat. If you can catch the latch with a small hook ( like maybe a hook bent into the end of a welding rod) you might be able to spring it. Sometimes it helps to bump the back of the seat on top with your hand while you apply pressure to the latch. Need a good flashlight to see under there. The latch mechanism is not too far in there.

    Lube the cable when you get it off.

    You can get at the cable at the switch, tug on it, remove the seat. Call me if you need help. Joe

    If you remove the key mechanism by 1/4 turn for the cap ( suggested it your other post) you may be able to manually pull the cable.
