Planning to go, first time attending a rally. Got a 2014 RTS in Oct last year. Already got a room, just staying a couple of nights. Anyone from Cheyenne, WY going? Heading up Sunday, returning on Tuesday.

Hwy 85 coming up from Newcastle is a nice ride into Deadwood coming up from the Southwest, if you’ve never been on it before.

Just a note that there is reconstruction on I-90 from East of the Tilford weigh station to just east of the National Cemetery just outside of Sturgis. Traffic is one lane. It is supposed to be done for the Sturgis rally. Info on road construction areas can be found at:

Well finally going to go. All registered and room reserved. I have a few things in my garage from my old 2012 rt that I can bring with if anyone can use. Seat with utopia backrest, full cover and travel cover. All are in good condition if you want any of them just email me I have room in the truck so no shipping.

FYI, Hwy 44 between Interior and Scenic is undergoing roadwork. This stretch has always been bumpy but worse this year with all the rain.

Forecast for Rally week is mid to upper 70’s, perfect ryding weather. Bring rain gear though, it’s been a wet summer here so far and it’s always going to have pop up thunderstorms somewhere in the Hills this time of year.
