If those photos are current, the bike does not have the 2013 heat related recall performed. It needs to be completed before you sell it. The 2013 is a significant fire hazard without the recall and unsafe.

My 2013 St does not have them, don't imagine they are available by now, but living on the coast of Oregon I'm not concerned about it having eliminated the Evap canister

You look where the fog lights are on a 2012 and this one looks like they're air scoops.

The recall did not apply to the ST. 2013 RT only.

2013 RT recall added air scoops under the mirrors. But there were significant changes to the fuel system as well that you can't see in a photo.

Med issues and body is sore, I was feeling a little down and especially with the weather turning cold and rainy..
..but decided I'm keeping the Spyder for as long as I'm physically able to ride.
