No. I have changed mine considerably. I have to laugh at Partsman23, because I too am an addict and not a recovering one when it comes to this bike. Some of what I have added is fluff, but not much and most is for safety, being seen and just as importantly making this bike as capable as it can be - and stay out of the divorce court.
I hate it when the remnants of the flowers get pulled, the garden stops producing and the rains hit, because it means riding days are limited and MOST days ALL I just want to do is start this puppy, get on it, point it East and disappear.
I guess the first thing is to admit you have issues and I do: Here is a brief on what I added. Please keep in mind that I bought this new as a EOY closeout in 2018, so I had a decent buffer to work with and this has been a bit of a work in progress, but also done with gradually fixing something up the way I want it, just before it gets sold...
One word of warning however, if you are married, proceed with caution and don't be sneaky. Okay, TRY not to be sneaky.
Baja Ron sway bar. I think if you have a Spyder, you owe it to yourself to put one of these on and no Ron is not paying me money for this endorsement. One of the best adds you can do on your ride if you do nothing else

In seven years of ownership I have added many things from a BajaRon sway bar and plug wires to custom nose art and everywhere in between. It is an addiction. In all my years of riding I have never left a motorcycle alone.

Took less than 1000 miles to realize my 2020 RT couldn't 'handle' my riding style. 1st upgrade was throwing the Kendas in the trash and going to Quatrac 5 tires & getting laser alignment. Then the BajaRon sway bar and Elka front shocks. With those improvements the RT was capable of keeping up with my 2-wheeled pals in the twisties. Next was the Pedal Commander which changed the personality in a very good way. I added a PV3 Tuner but I usually just run the OEM map for touring. Also added DRLs & Chin light, BRP winglets, KOTT grilles & vents, and a Shad top case. Electronics: GPS, Radar Det., XM radio, and Virb camera. Finally, I swapped out the OEM handlebars for Helibars for better ergos.
'20 Spyder RT: Bajaron swaybar. Vredestein tires, Pedal Commander, Elka front shocks, GPS/USB/12V handlebar mount, Heli-Bars, Radar Detector, KOTT grills & vents, Shad top case, chin & DRL LEDs.

Still, that's a pretty high number.
I was expecting it to be less than 10%.

Funny you should say that. I bought a sport shield for my 2021 RTL back in July. After stalking the seller for over 4 months, she finally sold it to me last Monday and I was able to install the shorter windshield. Lol!

Yes, almost totally stock. I had the dealer add a passenger back rest to my RT when I bought it, and I put foam covers on the handgrips. Other than that I didn't feel any need for modifications. I just remembered that I did add a riser to move the handlebars a bit up and back. Other than that, all stock.

On my 2008 GS, no. On my 2014RT, no. On my 2020 RTL, yes. Other than minor modifications, it just plan works for me as is.

2021 Spyder RTL
Stock except for:
Heli-Bars
Added foam grips
Added Utopia driver's backrest
Added BRP upper and lower wind deflectors
Added the handlebar end caps from Pierre in Canada - red - makes a quick eye-catcher to go with the Marsala and Black
Added the big finger-grip thingy on the key from Pierre - with the spyder icon on it
Added battery tender pigtail
Added battery pigtail for heated jacket liner
So far, am happy with the smooth ride and handling. If I keep it I might put some clear 3M protection on in various places.

I don't think I've ever owned anything with an engine and wheels that I kept stock except for the lawnmower. Actually, I hot rodded one of those when I was about 11.

In the late 40s, I customized my red flyer and my tricycle and I've never stopped customizing any of my rides since.

Modded both snow blowers. As well as the 2014 RTS and the poor, old, slow V-Max----------- The Dodge Magnum R/T is modded also, Just can't leave anything with a motor alone.

I know the feeling. The only thing I've left unmodded is my wife's grand cherokee, almost. I put 2 front tow hooks on it because the darn state snowplow driver leaves a berm sometimes tall enough that a giraffe couldn't step over it. I'm sure you know what I mean.

Yes, I do------- Living at almost 6,000 ft we get the snow, and the snowplow drivers have some difficulty with our circle. But they are good about the drivways

Well, okay, not 100% dead stock but all minor changes. Rider backrest, foam grip covers, Lidlox, Battery Tender pigtail.
Mostly it works for me as it came.
