Well, I'm sure that whatever parts that are needed to secure the wiring harness are backordered for a year due to a hack of BRP's computer system and supply chain issues.

Came off right side on mine (2020), twice. The second time I drilled into the plastic tab, removed the clip and cable tied the wiring to the tab.

I installed the fender lights on the wife's bike last year so if there were any wires that needed to be addressed, I've already done it.

Oh they just discovered that? My Ryker is now 27 months old, and I noticed the issue when I was doing the first service. Did not have to spend any money on "Securing parts" had plenty in my garage.

Did you have to take the wheel off to tell if its OK. Happened on my First Ryker 3 years ago- Now I gotta check the new one?

The fender wires clip can be seen without any disassembly.
To drill a hole for a cable tie, fender removal (easy) is recommended.
No need remove wheel
