Need the properly adjusted length of the Frunk pin - anyone help?

Just purchased a 2022 Rt Limited. Frunk does not "pop" as it should. Could someone please measure the adjusted length of their pin and inform me of their findings? Thank you very much!!!

Mine is about 43 mm from the tip to the plastic base, but use this as a guideline only. The best way to adjust yours is to close it and then press downward on the frunk lid at the latch. Get a feel for how much movement you're getting and shorten the pin nearly that amount. You don't want it too tight. This will allow for the internal spring in the latch, and the compressed rubber seal of the whole frunk to allow the lid to unlatch easily. Keep in mind that if you adjust it too tight, you'll be using a lot more force on your key to get it to unlatch.
