Trying to Replace tail light bulb on 2015 F3s - any help?

Supposed to be simple but having a problem getting bulb holder out. I turn it to get off the lock and still can't get it to come out. Must be doing something wrong but at 89 things do that. Any help is hoped for.

I have found that you need to give a twist and a dip to remove on my 2022. The glass "bulb" is larger than the hole it mounts in so you have to manipulate it to position the area where the globe meets the base into the opening at an angle and pull it out. It feels like it is stuck but it will come out.
