What is this tool for?

This tool was in the trunk of my 2020 RT when I brought it home. Have no idea what it is used for. Anyone know?

Looks to me like a large Phillips head with a flat profile. I guessing here, but there is probably a fastener somewhere on the 2020 that this fits.

This is a tool to remove the Givi side cases on the RS/GS and ST Spyders. As far as I know it’s not used on the RT Spyders.

I had one, same as this on my 2013 STS.
