This is an interesting discussion but I'm not sure the O.P. is still engaged in trying to solve this with his own resources at this point.

Regardless, the thread shows the initial question/problem & all the ideas, thoughts, suggestions, and steps required to troubleshoot it in a way that will help anyone else who may have a similar issue at any time in the future! That's one of the great benefits of this sort of Forum - nothing is lost, so over time it becomes a data base that can help others well into the future.
Sure, it'd be nice if all the 'like problems' ended up in the same thread or in just a few threads; but by briefly asking the important question in the title of each thread, then following the thread thru to (or maybe just 'nearly to'... ) the ultimate resolution of that problem, each thread becomes an integral part of this great searchable resource for Spyder owners/riders now & into the future!
