It's inside a panel at the top/rear of the RH 'tunnel' of the Frunk... . I reckon you might hafta take the frunk off to readily access it/disconnectit/swap it, but I really can't remember if I took the frunk off to do that or it was just incidental & off for some other reason?! But IIRC, the clips on the little panel you hafta remove were very fragile, so be careful!

    Good Luck!

I had issues with the loudness of the horn ..... so I looked at it and turned it so the " horn " part faced forwards ..... it sounded louder facing forwards .....JMHO .... Mike

Found the horn… It wasn’t where anybody told me it was. Was a chore to get to qnd an even bigger one to relocate the new one. Not sure the whole exercise was worth it

Tatonka, Did you take a picture you could show others. On My '13 RTL my horn was under Heat Mitigation scoop on the left side. Though it may have been moved there when I got the upgraded horn installed by TricLED at Spyderfest '17.

It was on the left front between the frunk and head light assembly.

So, it was inside the panels above the Top LEFT of the LH tunnel alongside the Frunk!

Mine is in the same place, but as I said in my original post above, it's in the RIGHT hand side, and it's got a little square opening immediately below the horn in the top of the 'tunnel liner' - there isn't any opening like that in my LH side tunnel.

I wonder if the side difference has got anything to do with which side of the road we drive on in our different countries; & if so, why?? . Surely the little difference between Left & Right side wouldn't make all that much difference in noise output! . Closer to other drivers maybe?

What? Were you going to include a soundclip or photo?

I do have a before and after video but I can’t seem to get it uploaded I keep getting an invalid file message. And I was thinking, I was told that you referred to left and right on the bike from sitting on it now if you refer to left and right on the bike from looking at it… My left and someone else is right… I guess is the same place.

That's not the OEM horn. It's an after market air horn. The OEM is electric.
