Why would you want to do that? Some folks go to great expenses to install security devices on their rides. Just asking.

This bloke bought BUDS with a 1 month Megatech licence simply to turn off the DESS, then reverted to the normal dealer 2 year licence from there. Maybe you could do that to get the F3 back on the road?! You might even be able to recoup some of the outlay by turning off a few others in your region during that first month??
