If possible to also specify if an RT or F3, as it seems to be mostly F3's are failing.

Interesting.
I was under the impression that both the RTs and F3s use the same 1300 motor, and that they are all assembled in one factory.
(Kinda hope your assessment is true, because I have an RT. I wonder if it's because the F3s are driven a lot harder (for the most part) than RTs ....).

Replaced mine preemptively at somewhere past 20,000 miles. Was worried as it was showing a little red dust. Since I had the pulley already I used it. Would have just been fine if I cleaned it and put on the moly paste. Since it was not a failure I didn't vote.

I did not realize that there is a limit of 10 items on a poll. This makes it difficult to have an option for no replacement and have a poll for both RT and F3. Oh well this poll is a good start. THANKS.

I've got about 40k on my 2008 GS. No pully issues. And I've run it hard, drag raced it, etc.

They may have changed things in 2014. But there were a good number of failures on the 08-12 units as well. It's been a thorn in BRP's side for many years. They keep trying to fix it. And maybe they finally have. But there were some bad runs, I think.
