How many miles do you have on a recall pulley/sprocket?
Just wandering how many miles you have ridden on a spyder that has the recall?

32k on a 17RTL. No signs of any dust. I got my email recall notification and then mail version 5 days later at the very beginning when it was first released.

my husband and I both have 2015 F3/F3-S -- he had the failure happen at about 20K miles. Mine didn't have it happen until about 50K miles. I think if your sypder is on the recall list there's a good chance that it's only a matter of time. That said, if you have NO red dust... maybe you'll be lucky? We both saw red dust a LONG time before we had our failures.
We now have His and Hers Spyders!

I had the Front Pulley replaced at just over 5000 miles.

I have a 2016 RTS with 6200 miles, which I know is nothing. We just bought it a year ago with low miles and I have been checking the sprocket every few months. I did get a recall letter but am hoping that with such low mileage, I won't have a problem waiting for the permanent fix.

So while there might be quite a few putting up some miles on a REPLACEMENT sprocket after their original (or a subsequent replacement ) failed, there's NO-ONE yet running a RECALL sprocket! They aren't available, the Interim fix isn't even being carried out yet; and besides, we don't know if the recall is even going to BE a replacement sprocket!! Dealers don't know, & BRP aint telling - not yet, anyway!

My interpretation of the original question (OP’s) was if you received a recall letter “in the mail”, how many miles do you have on the Oem original sprocket it came with and is it showing red dust? Not how many miles are on the new intermittent sprocket which you are correct hasn’t been released yet.

The way I interpret the O.P. is “if you have a Spyder that’s under recall how many miles are on the suspect sprocket?”
My wife and I each have a 2018 F3s. Hers has around 3,000 miles on it and mine has around 15,000. No issues with either one. I’m planning on having the recalls done over the winter.

If the spyder you’re referring to is in your picture and listed at the bottom of your post that’s a 2011 RTS. That year is “not” on the recall list, in fact, it’s not even the same motor type that is being recalled. so you’re good to go!
Read this and it will answer any and all your questions

I too had the red dust at 6500 miles on my 2018 f3s. I removed the sprocket and found it to be bone dry on the splines. Cleaned and used a Honda M-77 Assembly Paste (not grease) and reassembled. No dust from that point on and currently have 20500 miles. It is my guess that the "temporary (proposed) fix" will be the addition of this type lube on the sprocket. Just a guess.

I am still on the OE unit at 26K... And those have been VERY HARD miles.... Not freeway cruising, silly backroads shenanigans. I got my recall notice and will NOT be doing it! My buddy has 52K on his OE unit but mostly freeway trips.... I'm one of those that believes, if it ain't broke, don't F with it just cause it will be a "free" thing...

20k miles on a 2015 F3S. Used Cheap Cycle Parts for OEM sprocket and bolt. Did the work ourselves. BRP said they weren't going to reimburse me for the parts, until I told them I would take it in for the temporary fix and cost them more money. Then they gave me a BRP credit for what the parts cost at any dealership.

I'm in kind of a unique situation. I bought my 2017 RTL a few weeks ago with 53K on it. It is now almost 55K, with no red dust. So I figure this one must have been changed out at some point, but I have no way of knowing for sure.
