Given that it is dated yesterday and just posted on their website - I'm sure many are not "yet" contacted - which is why I posted it for folks to be on the lookout - and/or run the VIN check on their website.
Also - if you read the statement on their website there's some interesting language such as "... as all front sprockets will need to be replaced..."
You can feel free to ignore this post until YOU get a letter if you like. Sorry my attempt at knowledge share has offended you.
You do not have to be notified for your Spyder to be repaired in a manufacturers recall

This is not true....you can call and see if you are affected; what if you'd had a change of address or the letter never came....RT' and F3's from 4/15/2014 to 4/15/2019 - BRP plans to notify owners of F3 and RT from 06/20 to 6/27/22 - you can also go to NHTSA.gov - click on RECALLS and THEN input your VIN and it will give you the recall number if you are affected.

I was notified this morning at midnight by email. I assume I will receive the actual mailed version but I received the same message as above. I just Called dealer. There is “NO” remedy or solution yet established but the dealers received the notice also. It is only a notification until the exact procedure is sent to the dealers. Ironically, I just posted this same question on another thread that my dealer wanted to remove my front pulley and grease for prevented maintenance at 28000 miles and this comes out now. This includes RT’s also.

I'm still fascinating and trying to figure out how they are "determining" which machines 2015-2019 are impacted. As of the moment neither of my VINs show impacted on their website. We shall see. I bought my 2015 F3S used from a private seller so not sure I'd get the recall notice. We bought our 2019 RTL new though so if it gets lumped in we should see that.
Just checked both the BRP and NHTSA VIN checkers for my 2015 F3S and show 0 recalls on both sites.. Replaced the front sprocket at 18.5K with some red dust showing
with the new white one.. Was curious to see if I was to be recalled.

See post #65, You may still want to call a dealer to confirm.
I was at the dealer the other day and he mentioned that there was a pending recall for the sprocket on my RT. Funny thing I was there with a driveline vibration on decel at highway speeds and he mentioned its probably a belt deflection issue. I think its kinda a coincidence that I have this issue and there is a pending recall for my Sunfire and no mention of we will have a look at it to be on the safe side. From my understanding RT belt vibrations are under load and not the other way round, so I wonder if I am ready to be left by the wayside waiting for a flatbed to BRP.
I just checked the front sprocket from underneath my RT and its not looking too hot. Its a sea of red dust

I’m sure he was going to use Moly. Its just technical words for lubricating. Just like he said “sprocket” and everyone jumped all over me saying it was a “pulley”, yet in their recall they refer to it as a sprocket.

I've heard sprocket and pulley over and over again - depending on who you talk to. I always called it a pulley myself.

Here's the difference:
A pully is smooth, like a V-belt driver.
A sprocket has teeth (or splines).

OK, however folks who use the wrong words or terminology don't inspire confidence in me .... good luck .... Mike

Heard the same according to the dealer Can Am doesn't have a definitive fix yet. They are scheduling for September for the temp fix of which he says they have not been told what the fix is ????????????????
