Default LinQ on RT Ltd - anyone taken off the box & added rear cowl? How hard?

Seems the RT-Limited has the Lin-Q system already installed with the passenger rear seat setup and that you can change that out with a solo-cowl option so it looks more like the RT-Standard

Has anyone tried to do this and how hard is it?

I gather removing the seat is the hardest part. The back panel just lifts up and to the front. Here is a sling mods video of the guy removing it to get a some rear wiring.

Removing the top box is a very simple procedure. The key is knowing how to do it.

Hardest part about removing the trunk is unplugging the light harness. Removing the trunk is so difficult it’ll take you I’m guessing a whole 30 seconds. After the first time 15 seconds tops.

That reads like you are asking if you can change out the passenger rear seat with a solo cowl option, Mike.

When you lift the rear seat, remove the rear top box, replace the rear top box with a panel like the RT standard, you then pop the rear seat back on. Looks exactly like an RT standard. Not sure what you mean by “solo cowl”?
