Very scary! The (boy or girl) head still hit the ground pretty hard. Can’t tell if there was a helmet under the hood. Amazing they both survived!

One has to wonder what that mother was thinking by having her child on that scooter in the first place. That's worse than having a baby in your lap in the front seat of your car. Some people ain't got the sense God gave grits.

I think it was in the Eastern Hemisphere/Oriental World that even bikes as small as mopeds are overloaded with several adults, children and pets. Hard to tell by camera angle, but the plates don't look USA Sized.
