Looking for a Sport Rack Cover/Lid - 705002770

Hey there . I'm looking for a Sport Rack Cover/Lid (see attached thumbnail) for my 2013 Spyder ST Limited SE5. I have the sport rack, I have the passenger backrest, I just need the cover that I could swap out when i'm carrying luggage and not a passenger, anyone have one lying around that they're not using?

PS; I'm not picky on color.

. I didn’t either, sorry bout that. FYI when visiting SpyderPops there was a machined one, I believe he had made by someone, so another possible alternative

Jeez FriendlyNay, I'm not able to help in your search, but do you know that the inordinate length of your username makes it bloody difficult to open the last post in your thread on all of my small screen devices?? So I suspect it'll be doing that to at least some others too! . This is because displaying your username pushes the 'last post' tab right out of the displayed box! . I wonder how many readers/potential purveyors just don't make the effort to go back to the thread index listing & click there in order to come on in & have a look as a result?!? I'd guess at least a few, buuut....

It might be a 'clever' username, but I suspect you're not getting quite so many readers as you could if it was a little shorter, or even 2 or 3 words (the display boxes will word- wrap, but won't break up a looong word, just shove everything on the end right on out of the box!) Maybe you should consider sending AnthonyG, our Admin, a PM or request thru Contact Us (down the bottom of each page) to either change to a shorter username or break your current name up a bit - you'll almost certainly get more views for this thread if you do, if not more offers of racks?!?

C'mon people, this is Friendly's Want to Buy Ad, please have the courtesy not to try and hijack the thread with your attempts to buy any offered items, undercut him, &/or 'steal' the offered items from the originator of the WTB: thread! How would you like it if someone walked in off the street just as you were negotiating a deal about buying something that was being presented for your inspection by a prospective seller in your own front yard, only to have this just arrived on-looker rudely step in and start trying to buy it themselves?? That's gotta be the height of rudeness!

A number of hijacking posts attempting this hijacking/undercutting have been removed - if you are interested in one of these racks too, then maybe you should start your own WTB: thread? (Please read the Sticky on 'How to Use....' this section FIRST tho! ) Or at the very least, even tho it's still rude, you might take your hijack/under-cutting off the public pages & do it via PM!
