Which FOBO Bike 2 app do I want?

It just continued to work as normal, so I’m not sure FOBO’s onboard “assessment” is particularly reliable.

I agree, but how old are the spares? I don’t know how much power they draw, nor how long they are supposed to reasonably last.
Peteoz....turns red? Mine starts out green and I’ve never seen red...not even after it quits updating. Is it supposed to turn red once the battery dies?

Mine goes from green to orange to red. They stay in that condition for months, working just fine. The only one that is green is for the air bag that I added months ago. 2 are orange and 1 is red, they are about a year or a little more old.

OK...I see what you’re talking about “colours”. At the moment my right wheel and my rear wheel are both solid green, whereas my left wheel is outlined in orange. The left wheel and the right wheel batteries were replaced at the same time...one solid green, the other only outlined in orange.

……been using the same FOBO caps for 6 years now, Ed……those spares are long gone,

I see that Fobo uses Maxell 1632 batteries. Not the best, but better than cheap generic ones. I'll likely buy some fresh Energizer or Duracell batteries at some point this season.
