    Default First ride today

Got out on my first ride of 2022. A leisurely little seventy five mile jaunt. I must have gotten lazy during the off season, I was pretty stiff when I got back.

Same problem here.... gentle stuff is easy, work it juuust a little harder & I know tomorrow's gonna be a right pain!

It's not actually the 'growing old' bit that gets to me, I can handle the years.... but this 'growing decrepit' stuff & wearing out various parts of my body really sucks big time!

Not to worry, I intend to...

Of course sitting in hibernation the past 5 months means my poor bike is in serious need of a spa treatment. That unfortunately will have to wait for slightly more fairer weather.
