Default Is there an accessible Hot power supply on '21 RT?

I want to finally install my GPS base, and I'm looking for a "constant hot" (with key off) source to do so. Other than going down to the battery directly, is there a hot wire somewhere easily accessible? 2021 RT

    Thanks

The connection of GPS base went off without a hitch, and as I was doing that, I decided to add a USB charger cord for my cell phone to the same power supply. HOWEVER, my phone says it's a slow charge. Is the slow charge because of the phone cord, or the power supply? I was hoping for a quick charge set up

I installed an accessory plug on my F3 to keep my phone charged. It was a slow charge, so I bought a higher charge rate charger that plugs into my accessory plug and now no issues. I have an Iphone 12.
