Those are ridiculously high. Call IMotorsports. Do a simple search on spyderlovers and you will see $671 is the number for 3 years. You don’t have to buy where you purchase from. That’s what I did and many others have done, buy you spyder local and purchase extended warranty elsewhere and register the vin.

I agree with Wmoater, I used I Motor Sports last year to extend the Best warranty on my F3S, additional 36 months was $671. Their finance manager provided me with the quote.
As ridiculous as those prices are, There are member's on here that have paid those prices.
Yup .. I remember when working at the dealership that extended warrantees/service plans/tire-wheel protection are big $$ makers for the finance people. At $671, the selling dealers are likely getting around $40 for the time to fill in/file the paperwork. Those who buy from their selling dealer just tie in the extra cost to their long term/monthly payment..

so i got a quote for extended warrenty, crazy prices.. from my dealer,, wowwwwwwwwwwww
1 yr.. 921.00
2 yr.. 1413.00
3 yr. 1713.000
I have to ask. Are those prices for the BRP BEST warranty or a 3rd party warranty? If they are for the BRP BEST warranty, I think they represent the dealerships slice of the pie on this sale. As suggested, check with iMotorsports. They will give you a 3 years deal for less then the dealerships 1 year price.

As others suggested...a shop around is advised. You can find $671 for an additional THREE years from a few dealers now. The price is optional with dealers. They all get a cut off of an additional warranty sale. Some dealers are more greedy than others. A thousand dollars more for a BEST three year is a bit greedy...IMO of course.
I would get a firm quote, then go back to your dealer and see if he will match it. If not, go elsewhere. BEST is a CanAm Warranty and is very good. All Spyder dealers honor it, regardless of where purchased. AND...you have up to two years to add it to the package. You cannot after your original warranty expires though. At this time you have time on your side.

Currently Owned: 2019 F3 Limited, 2020 F3 Limited: SOLD BOTH LIMITEDS in October of 2023.
For my 2017, I purchased a BEST warranty before the 2-year manufacturer warranty expired. As others suggested, I shopped around to get the best price and then called my local dealer and they were willing to match it. One thing you should be aware is that some dealers will try to persuade you to go with their 3rd-party warranty that they sell. It's up to you what you purchased but I stuck with the BEST warranty for my Spyder.

Now that is something that I never received. I got the dealer that I bought the warranty from to send me proof and he sent me a computer screen image - never got any official paperwork or a card from BRP. Bought the warranty several months ago.

I went to the dealer I bought the Spyder from and asked if they would match the $671 price and they did. I figure if I ever need them, they're more likely to treat me better than if they didn't get the sale. I received the confirmation from BRP a few weeks later.
Contacted them this am. Thomas Palmer got right back to me, sent him a pic of my registration for vin number, waiting for response. Thanks all, I mentioned SpyderLovers...

As this 2020 should be my last Spyder. Age related issues are starting. I purchased a 7 year RPM warranty from my dealer. It was a lot more $$ than BRP's, $2100. I have already used it. New rear trunk piston and labor, $250. I'm sure it won't be the only time I use it. I won't own a vehicle out of warranty. Too old to try to do things myself. Way too complicated for the average owner. Tom
