    I must say that I have never seen any such thing.
    So what exactly is this vehicle? What do you do with it?

    Overhere in the Netherlands, It wouldn't be permitted on the road, we have very (read VERY) stringent rules, even a colourchange has to be reported to the DMV
    the funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it........
