Moisture behind temperature gauge glass

I couldn't find anything on this topic using the search feature. Does anyone have experience with these gauges? They are the separate gauges that are optional out on the side. The gauge still works.

Just park it in the sun for an hour or so, it'll sort itself out!

How much do you wash it, and do you have a cover, for the bike when you're not using it? Most of us that have the older bikes have unhooked our temp and gas gauges and gone digital, it happens automatically when you unhook them in the back, then the gas and temp will be on your center display, you have to do both at once and use the holes for something else or put blank covers in the hole! If you want a new, old gauge let me know I will send you one, didn't have a water problem!!!
