Robust monobloc cast-aluminum construction.
Ideal for stowing soft bags, tents, or sleeping bags. Includes convenient integrated anchor points. Bolts securely to the vehicle frame.
This item DOES NOT have the mounting hardware. It was lost by the OEM shipper.
I have included a picture of the needed hardware.

It should be easy to fabricate the hardware with the right tools and talent.
