FM Volume at Max despite being set to Min! Any ideas?

Hi!
This morning when I started the bike I had the FM volume at maximum but he volume line is at the minimum (grey with no yellow at all). The only option I have found has been to select "auxiliary" and thus it has stopped being heard.
When I move the cursor through the configuration screens the keypad seems to work fine.
Has anyone had a similar problem? This is a 2018 F3 Ltd. Thanks for the suggestions.

Another 18 issue appears

Guessing that you do not have auxiliary input (MP3 or otherwise) so just not hearing audio source. Does it mute when held down four+seconds? Sorry don’t know if can test just GPS input. BRP connect? Maybe a battery disconnect & reboot, just grasping at straws. Hopefully someone who knows more will chime in.

the audio input and the USB in the glove box are not connected to any device. I only had my Android connected to the power supply in the rear trunk while it was charging.
When you keep the joystik down for 4 seconds, the yellow circular bar should turn gray and stop beeping. In my case it sounds even though it is already without volume. In order not to hear anything I have to change the input source and since they have nothing connected it becomes silent. As you suggest, I will remove the battery and charge it. With that I will check that it is not a problem of a discharged battery, I hope that it resets if it is a logical problem and I will check the battery terminals.

Sounds like a Bluetooth issue. Try shutting your Bluetooth off on your phone and see if the problem persists.

As I said, I armed myself with the necessary tools to remove the battery and went to the parking lot. Before start working, I started the bike and my eyes were the size of soup plates when I saw that everything was working fine again.
On the one hand I think that perhaps I went on panic too soon and that after so many years working in IT I did not follow the basic advice of turning it off and on again , but on the other hand I am left wondering what really happened. I hope I don't have a "resident gremlin". I'll let you know if it returns. Thanks for your help and I'm sorry for the time I made you waste.
