More front end oscillation than bar vibration, ain't it? I've been toying with the idea of adding a damper to the steering to see if there's an improvement there. Worked wonders on my Ural sidecar rig. Seems like the center tie rod that runs along the top of the motor would be a perfect place for one on a Ryker. The Ural's got a VW jetta damping shock mounted up now, but it'd take a bit of math to get one that would apply the correct amount of damping on the Ryker..
PS - I've seen where folk load the bars with lead shot. A bit of silicone at the ends to lock the pellets in place and yer done.
