So far only thing I can find wrong is the left side bag sticks... gotta pull the latch then beat on it.

Try gently pushing IN on the left side lid just above the catch as you pull the latch instead of beating on it - that should release any tension on the catch, hopefully allowing it to release easily without any of that binding.... but since the 2020's hit the streets, there have been a number of people reporting issues with their catch alignment & latch setup too!

The biggest down-falls of the 2020RTL's : (1) Side bags latches, (2) Cruise Control resume & accelerate, Other than that, they are a sweet ride!

I haven't tried the CC yet but I notice when turning it on I see no light on the dash. I got a year warranty.

As for the CC, you have to be moving at least 30mph before light will show in dash! Will not just show up if you turn it on in driveway!

Nobody's going to believe me but due to a snafu at the dealership I got this thing for 25.5K. These guys bend over backwards to satisfy me as a customer and they will get a 5 star rating for doing so.

Which dealership? Mancuso or Wild West? If Mancuso which location. Mancuso north is supposed to call me about an RT that was being used in the training class but I haven't heard from them. I guess I'll have to call them.

Hey Steve, congrats on that fine RTL score. You're lucky to have a dealer that cares.

Bought mine from a Dallas area dealer (price included delivery), it was only used for riding classes as well.

Rider Steve, when the dealer signed the papers for the riding class, the bike was classified as a demo. Please check immediately about warranty with BEST. it might expire in the 2 months if it’s a 20 and was immediately put into use upon arrival. You need to extend it before it expires. BEST Can only be extended once so update to the full 5 years. I bought mine the same way, except mine was only summer used for 3 months with 350 miles. One thing to check is brakes and rotors. Newbie learners like like to ride the brakes as they learn. Besides that great find. There’s a place called motomember that sells all their class demos at the end of each year.

That's approximately 10 months, You should seriously look into the BEST extended warranty, as it is also transferable should you wish to trade. Some do not care for after market warranties. But your $25,000-$30,000 bike, and qualified labor prices charging what they do now days might be worth thinking about. I bought the 3 year extended to the original warranty the day I picked up my 2020RTL . happy miles, Bill

Well it kinda went like this... they sold the rt I bought to someone else and didn't have anymore RT's. So they had to come up with something for me and the 2020 RTL was the last and only one they were willing to sell at the price I paid. They did lose money on the deal but in the end but it would of been worst for them if they would have had to give up a 2021 model at that price. Dealership SNaFU. They did me right and I certainly appreciate them doing it. I didn't get my chalk white but I got one hell of a deal.

I got until the end of this warranty to decide on whether I go for extended or not.

If you should decide on this, "shop around", each sales person has different quotes for the same warranty. Not knowing that at the time I payed $1000. for (3) extra years. Some people on this site have bought the same policy for a lot less. Same insurance and good at all BRP dealers....Bill
