    Sadly, She passed today at 99. She was one of the best loved actresses. I always felt up-lifted after seeing Her in any-one of Her 100's of roles. She was last of the " Golden Girls " ...... She would have been 100 on Jan 17, 2022 .... May She rest in peace ..... Mike

    I had just read an article about her upcoming 100th Birthday, and my wife and I were excited by it. Then I read your post!
    I watched her way back in the 50's with my mom every afternoon when she was on "Life with Elizabeth". So sorry to hear about her passing. Thanks for the scoop, Mike.

    RIP Betty. You made many of us laugh out loud.
