I drove a Lada for about 2 years back in the mid-eighties..... suprisingly good car if you didn't mind things like the window crank snapping off in your hand! plus it came with a tool kit that, I understood, was issued in all Russian cars so you could pull off and fix anything on your car on the side of the road ... kinda like our Can-Ams, no??
