There is a member here that has the same trailer in a 12 foot length for his Spyder. Six or eight months ago he had a thread about his trailer and the mods he was doing. I don't remember his name but you should be able to find it by doing a search. I am extremely happy with my trailer choice. Good luck..... Jim

Most likely me!! And I am glad I went with the 12 footer, and it does double duty now.

Towing the Spyder from Az to Wa in July with the 2020 Ford Edge ST and returned in Sept towing with a 2021 Ford F150. Guy need a pickup is my excuse, and the Kawasaki KRX 1000 that was awaiting my return.

I had the dealer come and pick up my RT with a trailer. Tried it nose first and it was about ready to hit so I stopped him. We thought for a minute and for some reason when we drove it up in reverse the clearance was just fine. Food for thought.

There is a lever that hangs down under the Spyder that can hit at breakover point and will cost you hundreds to fix if you damage it.

What kind of lever where? I just looked at the underside of my RT. The part closest to ground is the catalytic converter. I don't see any kind of lever under there.

Myself I would not haul it backwards on a trailer unless you don't like your windshield and any side panels that could fly off!

It only takes a few minutes to remove the windshield. I towed my 2014 RT for 500 miles with no problem with the windshield off.

Backing up took weight off the rear suspension so the airbag raised you up at the break over point.
