Looking for suggestions as to what driving lights I can use on my 2021 RTL with BRP adjustable wind deflectors?

Is there a mount to install lower? Also is there a driving light to mount in front of the grill guard covers?

I'm looking at the ones TRICLED has, they mount to the fender bolts and move with you as you go around curves.

I have seen those as well but the light moves up and down when you hit bumps in the road

If you truly want to light up the road ahead of you, driving lights must be mounted as high as possible.

If you just want be more visible to other drivers, then lower down is okay.

Yeah, that’s why I decided not to go with the BRP or Slingmods one that mounts in the slot below the ‘21 RT frunk, Pete. The demo Slingmods shows simply lights the pavement directly in front of you and doesn’t extend any further than the headlights. Unfortunately, you can’t attach Lamont’s lights to the adjustable air wings (only the stock stationary ones), and the ones Dave displays above, while high enough, are just too big and prominent for my liking……. Still looking.

Any ideas on mounting driving lights in the area below mirror. That height would seem to allow the most light looking forward. I could make a bracket but not sure how.

The stationary deflectors make an ideal mounting point and an aluminum bracket is easy to make.

Yeah, I get that. Could you swap them out for fixed ones?

I have them on my 17. They are SUPER bright. Instead of using the Oem bolt to attach the bracket I bought a bolt and lock nut and used double stick tape between the fender and bracket. I just smacked a deer pretty hard and everything around one of them was busted. The revco light with bolt and double stick never moved. I couldn’t believe the never broke.

After having the adjustable wind deflectors and seeing how they help in the summer heat here in the mid-south, I would not give them up for additional lights. But, that's one person's opinion. I was looking at the Lamonster lights myself but realized they would not work with my wind deflectors. Someone will eventually come up with a mounting solution. I did the SlingMods LED strip down low instead instead.

Jimbo, Motorcycle Dave’s mounting bracket for his lights shown above are in a pretty good spot. It would be worthwhile seeing what options he has for lights that fit them. I like the position, I just don’t like the big round lights.

Mount them above the mirror. Attach them to the windshield since you don't have the fixed air wings up high like I do.

I never thought of that, I was thinking moving with the wheels might help lighting up the side of the road in deer country.

I thought about having moving DRL's a long time ago ..... and then I realized when driving at speed, even on a very twisty road, you don't actually move the handle-bars very much to follow the curves .... the next time you are on a twisty section pay attention to how much they ACTUALLY move ...I think you will be surprised ...... I'm going with the Spyclops light from SpyderPops.

I don't typically ride at night, so extra distance isn't a problem. I just want to be seen better.
