Default Mirror housing vibrates - any fixes??

    Oct. 18, 2021

My left mirror housing vibrates. When I put scotch tape on the top between the front and back panels, it stops. What can I do. The dealer said there is no adjustment for that.2021-10-17 10.16.2021 001.jpg

A lot of the BRP clips etc. are not so good, as many people already know. The right mirror housing doesn't vibrate. Does that mean one of the clips is not good on the left side ?

This is how I fixed my mirrors, works great, inexpensive and easy to install.

My problem is the tupperware housing for the mirrors is where the vibes are coming from. The black panel and the red panel are not tight enough and there is no adjustment for that, so the dealer says.

I think you need to describe your issue more clearly.

When I start to drive, I get vibration sounds from the mirror mount. Not referring to the mirrors themselves but the two part housing is what is vibrating. If I squeeze the front and the back panel of the mirror housing a little, then vibrating stops.
