    Default Greeting from Metro Atlanta

Great day everyone! I wish I was on this post to tell you how much I am enjoying my new Spyder. Unfortunately not. It appears that I keep running into problems with this thing. I have a 2012 RTS Spyder that I have only owned for about 3 months. It currently has about 24,000 miles. The first issue I had was a brake failure code. That issue has been resolved. Over the weekend I encountered a new issue. My check engine light came on. In the area where the gear normally shows now displays an E and R and N flashes on my screen. It also kept cutting back while trying to throttle and the reverse light flashes on and off as well. I would appreciate any input you are able to provide.

Welcome to the forum SouthernBoujee. I hope you enjoy it. On the new to you 2012 Spyder RTS. Sorry to hear you are having problems. You can find lots of good information here on the Spyder RTS in the different areas of the forum. Make sure and post a photo of your new ride in the Spyder garage area of the forum when you can. You should repost your question in the Spyder RT Shop Talk area of the forum so other members will see it. Other member will not see it here as much as they will see it in the RT section. You will be able to post in other areas of the forum, see photos & videos in the forum when you see your name turn Blue, at this point you are still being processed in to the SpyderLovers systems and can only post here in the welcome area. You can still look at post on the forum but can use the search function until your name turns blue. You Spyder should be able to give you codes of what the problem is. When you repost your question in the Spyder RT Shop Talk area make sure and state what year and model Spyder you have and what transmission I.E. SM5 or SE5. Good luck with the Spyder repair, I hope to see you around the forum soon.
