Default Disconnecting Brake Pedal Link Rod / Draining Oil

On the 2020 and up RT's the brake pedal link rod nut is in an obstructed position for draining the clutch cover.
Is there any concern about removing the forward position nut on the rod and let it swing down out of the way while draining the oil?

    Saying more than I know....
If the brake rod is similar to previous years, just remove the pin in the front yoke. No problems arise from that.

I've had the rod off, even have replaced with a shorter rod. Shouldn't be an issue at all.

Just reverse the bolt and nut… clear access to the drain. If you drop the link watch that the spring for the brake switch doesn’t drop off.
