The only thing that is missing is the sticky double sided tape on helmet mount the other (better) Helmet mount and all the other items are there never used. Also added is a 64GB video card, adaptor card for the video card and Plus an accessory cable, the 10C Earbud Adapter Cable is included. I don't know for sure, but I did run a Sena 30k head set and this Camera with the ear bud adaptor on my helmet at the same time to try it. I don't know anything about Shoei helmets.

Nice HD video Camera to review your favorite ride with others or just for to taking photos along the way. Has intercom to talk to up to 4 and FM radio also. I set it up and never really used it because I have Sena 30 and other devices. If this is what your looking for don't let this pass you by.
