Default Anyone installed the A-Arm Daytime Running LED's ?

Was looking at them, thought they looked kinds cool and I love extra lighting. The seller makes them sound easy to install, wondering if they are- I can follow directions but not hugely mechanically inclined - thanks!!!

If you add the name of the manufacturer and/or retail source of the lights you are looking at you may find DIY(ers) who've installed that brand and can give you specific assistance.

I have some $6 Yita Motor (ebay) ones on my F3S. For as cheap as they were, I bought a few extra sets, but still holding up. On my byke, I routed them to the under frunk accessory wire. Working good...

The only problem is that they really aren't visible from over 100'. I opted for a set of aux driving lights that offer great lighting at night, and very visible in full sun. DRL's need to be visible in full sun, and most of the LED strips aren't real good over 100'. You want people to see you from over 100' away, so get something brighter.

Hard to look directly at them not to mention the lighted bumpskid w/ remote to control brightness AND speed of strobe if desired.
With this LED set up you are definitely seen in bright daylight.

I also have the driving lights mounted to the fender stays. Highly visible day or night and they turn with the bike, lighting deep into the corners at night.
