    Doc,

    Curious of your experience with the belt guard. I put one on mine and ended up taking it off because it rubbed on the tire so bad. I'm thinking about ordering another one and trying again because I like the idea but there just isn't a lot of clearance between the tire and the belt for mistakes during install. My tire had rubbed a pretty good gouge in the belt guard near the bend, so obviously I must have installed it too close to the tire somehow, but man I caught myself triple checking that on install.

    Use a heat gun to bend & adjust. It is a tricky install.

    How hard is the guard to put on? Do you need a lift?

    I did mine without a lift. Pretty easy. I had to lay next to the bike - I finished it this am, and now it's raining - so I won't ride it until this coming week. I did have to trim it to go around the welds. It is a smart idea - but the fit is real tight.
