Your belt should be off the inside of the rear sprocket the thickness of a credit card. If this is where it resides, the front sprocket will take care of itself. Does either inside or outside of the belt appear shiny and or frayed?

IF it is TIGHT to the flange I would do a 1/4 turn and see what that does .... I have seen video's of the belt while driving forward at speeds of 10 to 75 mph ... it is constantly moving moving left to right .... not a lot but it does move ..... Mike

Read pg. 131-132 of your operator's guide to see what belt alignment is supposed to look like. If you don't have a guide, go to this link, drill down to your year and model and save to your computer: https://www.operatorsguides.brp.com/...adster&type=og.

And, make sure you check your belt positioning after rolling FORWARD several feet. The belt does change position A LOT when going in reverse. Good luck.....Jim

Another belt consideration is the tension. Mfr recommendation is too high. Krikit readings should be 140, rear wheel off the floor - 160 on the floor.
