Air suspension height switch reset?

`15 RT SE …when changing the rear tire I toke great care not to disturb the lever position while disassembly only to move it upon reassembly, how much do dealers charge for doing a recalibrate using the maintenance softwares?

If the lever has 'just been moved', then you shouldn't need a recalibration - they can handle quite a lot of use & abuse, even some movement.... so what makes you think you do need a calibration?

I agree with Peter, but to answer your question, the BUDS procedure for the suspension reset should not take too long at all. I would think they should not even charge one labor hour. It involves two (wooden) blocks of certain dimensions. Letting all the air out of the rear air bag and letting the frame set on the first block, a reading is recorded in BUDS. Then the frame is set on the second block and another reading is recorded. That is about all there is in a nutshell.

I put a new tire on a few weeks ago. When I unhooked the linkage on the switch I moved the arm up and down to make sure it was working smoothly, put everything back together and all is well.
