Default F3L, how to remove the plastic grills that sit in front of the speakers

So I bought a whole new plastic gauge and need to take out those plastic grill covers that sit directly in front of the speakers. Not sure how to fully release them.

Has anyone tried this before to remove them?

If they're like mine, you just pry carefully around the edges and they pop right out.

I have this place where it looks like it is under it, and there is no movement from it. I don't see how to release that side of it. I saw the other small clips and those release easily. I can't get my picture small enough to post it here. But it looks like the grill piece is under this large clip

I'm sure someone with an F3 will chime in soon.

Hint: in the future put this kind of question under F3 Shop, rather than 'discussion'

Pry the panel from the top. There are slots and tabs at the bottom.

Yup. Use a popsicle stick, or a nylon pry, so you don’t mar the surface.

Looks like what it was were medal clips that went down to lock the grill in place. Once I pulled off the medal clip, the whole thing came right off.

My wife’s kitchen spatula works very well. Don’t tell her though.
