Default Battery access on my Spyder - less than 30 seconds!

batt access 1.jpgbatt access2.jpgSignal lights and top case moved aft, rear fender moved up, left side bag bracketry removed and reconfigured, all screws replaced with Dzus. Tools needed to replace panel: small screwdriver and Allan key. Time to remove panel, less than 30 seconds

Whatever works best for you. The fender, case and Dzus mods were changes I wanted to make anyway, improved battery access was a happy by-product.
