    Default Oh crap broke pin

    Where is a thread on busted body panel fake screw. Broke the tip.
    I thought there is a thread on a diy fix.
    Please point me in the right direction

    Well I removed mine years ago .... I may have posted this but can't remember where .... I had some thin poly strips and made a disk. I put it in the recessed area with pop rivets .... than just used a large head metal screw ..... Mike

    Those darn things are a buga some times, I put a little grease on the heads every time I have to push them back in and pray!! Good luck!!

    The plastic part is available online. Any dealer can get them of you. You need a tamper resistant Allen head socket to remove. Easy.
