The low end grunt is as good as ours, it is lacking on the top end but I'm not suppose to be there anyway.

The vss works so much better than ours. It is so smooth when it kicks in and lets go that nobody but you will ever know it happened. No more sputtering.

I took pretty much every turn faster than I could with the RS because of that. I didn't get there till late and all the Troopers were gone so I ran it twice.

Nice pics! I just have to try one of those. I'm sure my dealer will have a demo on hand once they can get one.

    Actually $25K-------

Well worth it --- you'd pay $10-$15K more for a GW or HD trike with the same features.

    Spyder #1 - 2008 GS SM5 Premier Edition #1977. RIP after 80,000 miles.
    Spyder #2 - 2012 RT SM5. Traded in after 24,000 miles.
    Spyder #3 - 2015 F3 SM6. Put 13,000 miles on and sold it.
    Spyder #4 - 2017 F3 SM6. Too good of a deal to pass up!

The H-D Factory Trikes are $27K to $31.3K, comparably equiped. However, the ride is rough with lots of lateral movement imparted into the passenger due to a solid rear axle.

    Default Great pics Lamont

After seeing the new Spyder do you still think the handlebars risers on the new spyder will not fit the 09, 08 spyders.

Just checking LOVE THE BIKE I can see one in my future in bout two years.

    Thanks

I'm pretty these bars will not work on the RT.
