to get the belt off the front damage red dust gear ,do I have to remove the bottom shock bolt and jack up the rear wheel?

With the park brake on, remove the front pulley bolt. Then release brake.
Raise rear wheel off the floor just enough so you can rotate it.
While rotating it by hand, walk the belt off the rear pulley.
Remove front pulley.
Reverse process to reassemble.
