Default Oil gallery plug set screw.

This is not good. Could be an oil gallery plug set screw.

Jimmy, read over the whole thing. Lamont came up with the answer. It doesn't sound like it will result in sudden death. Perhaps you can PM finless Bob or Lamont and get recommendations. Finless may have even made a video on this. Check his YouTube channel.
